Cielo’s Code of Conduct
Cielo is committed to providing a safe, supportive and productive social and learning environment for everyone. Each person who attends is subject to the terms and conditions of this code of conduct.
As Cielo is an 18+ establishment we encourage parents and carer’s of children to make suitable child-care arrangements for their children.
Keeping in mind the comfort of all, please refrain from the following:
- Bitching and politics
- Sexual harassment
- Harassment
- Bullying
- Stalking
- Physical Violence
- Swearing
- Interfering with promotional material
- Intimidation of any kind
- Theft
- Intoxication
- Food and drinks on the dance floor
- Drug use or distribution
- Slander of any kind
- Supplying alcohol to a minor
- Disregard or damage to or abuse of the building
- Disregard, or damage to or abuse of any of the contents of the building
- Interfering with another person’s comfort or safety
- Smoking within the establishment
- Wilfully and or habitually violating fire protection regulations
The following actions will be taken in accordance with the severity of the violation:
- A written warning
- Immediate removal from the venue
- Periodic to permanent banning from the venue
- The police being contacted
Management reserves the right to stipulate any and or all of these disciplinary actions in accordance with the breach in its own time and on its own terms.
NB: All licensed premises have a code of conduct similar to this one, the only difference is we at Cielo openly display ours and enforce it. No exceptions. Thank you for your co-operation.
